1. About Devanpot

Devanpot Technologies is an international technology platform designed to bring diaspora communities closer to their cultures, communities, and countries of origin.

Starting from Canada, Devanpot provides a digital ecosystem where users can discover restaurants and businesses, order products, arrange deliveries, and access services tailored to local and international communities.

Service availability may vary by country, region, participating partner, and applicable law.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing the Devanpot website, application, or services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and any policies applicable to the services you use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must have reached the legal age required in your country to create an account and complete a transaction.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

Devanpot may request identity verification to prevent fraud, protect users, or comply with a legal obligation.

1. Devanpot’s Role

Devanpot facilitates the discovery, ordering, payment, pickup, and delivery of products or services offered by partners.

Unless otherwise indicated:

• products are sold and prepared by merchants;

• merchants determine their prices, menus, and availability;

• deliveries may be completed by a delivery partner, the merchant, or another service provider;

• merchants and partners remain responsible for their products and services.

Devanpot may facilitate payments, communications, order tracking, and customer support.

1. Orders

Before confirming an order, you will be able to review the products, quantities, taxes, applicable fees, delivery address, and total amount.

Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee its availability or price.

An order may be refused, modified, or cancelled due to product unavailability, payment failure, an incorrect address, suspected fraud, or the inability to complete the delivery.

1. Prices, Fees, and Payments

Prices may vary depending on the merchant, country, region, or selected service. Prices displayed on Devanpot may differ from those offered directly by the merchant.

Known taxes and mandatory fees will be displayed before the order is confirmed. These may include delivery, service, or small-order fees.

You authorize Devanpot and its payment providers to process the displayed amount using your selected payment method.

You must use a valid payment method that you are authorized to use.

1. Tips

When available, tips are optional. You may select a tip before or after delivery, depending on the options offered.

Tips will be processed and distributed according to the information displayed on the platform and applicable laws.

1. Delivery and Pickup

Preparation and delivery times are estimates. They may vary due to traffic, weather, partner availability, or other circumstances beyond Devanpot’s reasonable control.

You must provide an accurate address, valid contact information, and reasonable delivery instructions.

When contactless delivery is selected, the order may be left at the designated location. Devanpot is not responsible for a loss occurring after the order has been properly delivered, except where otherwise required by law.

If delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, inaccessible location, or inability to contact the customer, the order may be cancelled, returned, or left in a safe location where permitted.

1. Package Delivery

When package delivery is available, the sender must provide an accurate description of the contents, appropriate packaging, and valid contact information.

The following items may not be shipped:

• weapons, explosives, or ammunition;

• illegal substances;

• stolen or counterfeit products;

• dangerous, toxic, or flammable materials;

• cash, unless expressly authorized;

• live animals;

• any other item prohibited by law.

Weight, size, value, and destination limits may apply.

1. Food and Allergies

Merchants are responsible for the preparation, ingredients, quality, and safety of their products.

Devanpot cannot guarantee that a meal is free from allergens or cross-contamination.

If you have a serious allergy or important dietary requirement, contact the merchant directly before ordering. If you have concerns about the safety of a received product, do not consume it.

1. Regulated Products

Certain products may be subject to a minimum age requirement, identity verification, or local restrictions.

An order containing regulated products may be refused when the customer’s identity or age cannot be verified, the customer appears intoxicated, or delivery would be illegal or unsafe.

The inclusion of this section does not mean that all regulated products are available through Devanpot.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds depend on the status of the order, the requested service, the displayed policies, and applicable laws.

Fees may apply when preparation or delivery has already started.

A refund, credit, or another solution may be offered when an order is missing, incorrect, damaged, or not delivered. Devanpot may request a description, photograph, or other reasonable information to review the request.

A credit will not replace a refund when the law gives the customer the right to receive a monetary refund.

1. Promotions and Credits

Promotions, rewards, and credits may be subject to an expiration date, minimum purchase amount, usage limit, or specific conditions.

Unless otherwise indicated, promotions may not be sold, transferred, combined, or exchanged for cash.

Devanpot may remove a promotion obtained through fraud, misuse, multiple accounts, or manipulation of the platform.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Devanpot for illegal or fraudulent purposes;

• use a payment method without authorization;

• provide false information or submit a fraudulent claim;

• harass, threaten, or discriminate against a user, merchant, or delivery partner;

• send prohibited or dangerous items;

• access another person’s account;

• disrupt or compromise the platform’s security;

• copy or commercially exploit Devanpot’s content without authorization.

Devanpot may suspend or close an account in cases of fraud, abuse, danger, or violation of these Terms.

1. Intellectual Property

The Devanpot name, platform, software, interfaces, graphics, content, and features are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You receive only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and revocable right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

Trademarks, menus, images, and content provided by merchants remain the property of their respective owners.

1. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with Devanpot’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

Devanpot may use payment, mapping, communication, hosting, or verification providers to deliver its services.

1. Availability and Liability

Devanpot works to provide a reliable and secure platform but does not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, timely, or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, Devanpot is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from the use of the platform or the actions of an independent partner.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

1. Third-Party Services

The platform may use or contain services provided by third parties, including payment systems, maps, communication tools, and delivery services.

These services may be governed by their own terms and policies. Devanpot is not responsible for external services outside its control, subject to applicable laws.

1. Communications

By using Devanpot, you agree to receive communications required to manage your account and orders, including confirmations, receipts, delivery updates, and security alerts.

Promotional communications will be sent according to your preferences and applicable laws. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications without preventing essential account or order-related messages.

1. Changes to the Services and Terms

Devanpot may modify its services or these Terms to reflect new features, operational changes, security risks, or legal requirements.

The updated date will be displayed on this page. Reasonable notice will be provided when required for a material change.

Changes will not apply retroactively to orders already confirmed unless required by law.

1. Applicable Laws and Disputes

Devanpot’s initial country of operation is Canada. Each order is also subject to the applicable laws of the country or region where the service is provided.

Any issue should first be reported to customer support so that a reasonable solution may be considered.

This process does not limit a user’s right to contact a competent authority, financial institution, or court.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory consumer protection granted by applicable laws.

1. Language

The French version is the primary version of these Terms.

Translations may be provided for the different communities served by Devanpot. Where required by law, users may select the applicable language version after receiving the French version.

Requests are handled collectively by the team responsible for Devanpot. No individual team member is publicly designated.
